In winter, white snowy landscapes line the Alb plateau all around Bad Urach. The snowy forest and field countryside is perfect for cross-country ski tours or romantic winter walks.

This special winter experience is blessed by the hot springs of the AlbThermen. Fill up with warmth in the hot baths or in the sauna world - the crowning glory of a fulfilled winter's day.

Snow is not certain on the Swabian Alb as it is a low mountain region. However, in the event of suitable snow conditions, there are good wintersport facilities (alpine and cross-country) from the middle of December to the middle of March.
